What You'll Receive
Photo Guidelines
The quality of your portrait begins with the quality of your photos.
The quality of your portrait begins with your photos. For the most detailed and accurate painting possible, please send clear, high-resolution, close-up images. The more reference photos you provide, the better I can capture your subject's unique personality and details.
Place your order and email your photos to: [email protected]
Custom Sizes
Standard portrait sizes of 5 x 7in. and 8x 10in. are available. If you're interested in a larger custom piece (larger than 11× 14 in.), I'd love to create something special for you. Please contact me before ordering so I can provide a custom quote.
More Than Just Original Artwork
Your original watercolor portrait can become so much more than wall art. Many clients choose to use their artwork for:
Production Timeline
Please allow approximately 30 days for your portrait to be completed. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering, and I'll do my best to accommodate your deadline whenever possible. Once your painting is finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, and you'll receive a notification when it's on its way.
Sketch Reviews
Most portraits are painted directly from your reference photos without a proofing process. However, if your project includes unique details or you'd like to review a preliminary sketch before painting begins, sketch reviews are available.
A $25 sketch review fee applies for each requested round of sketches. Please note that requesting a sketch review may extend your production timeline.
My Artistic Style
Every portrait is an original work of art painted in my signature watercolor style. My goal is to faithfully capture the character, charm, and personality of your subject while embracing the beauty and expressive nature of watercolor.
Because each painting is created by hand, slight artistic interpretation is part of the finished piece. Colors, textures, and fine details may vary slightly depending on your reference photos and the nature of watercolor painting.
If you have specific requests—such as removing or adding small details, changing backgrounds, or highlighting particular features—please include those in the comments section when placing your order so I can incorporate them before I begin painting.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for you, custom watercolor home portraits are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
